GTACM is a property management company serving condominium corporations, non-resident condominium unit owners, and landlords of residential rental properties (collectively referred to as “Clients”). To fulfill our role as a managing agent, we may collect personal information from condominium unit owners, tenants, and prospective tenants (collectively referred to as “Individuals”).

For condominium unit owners, this may include but is not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, banking details, payment records, and information about their families. For tenants or prospective tenants, personal information may also include age, income, employment status, credit history, and financial obligations.
